• This is a combination of two enzymes (trypsin and bromelain) and a flavonoid (rutoside trihydrate).

• Rutoside trihydrate (or rutin): This flavonoid has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. It strengthens capillaries and helps reduce swelling by protecting the body from cell-damaging free radicals.
